Flemish speaker claim handler – back office agent

• Experience in Back office activities
• Advanced knowledge of English; knowledge of Fliemish
• Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented.
• Excellent written and telephone communication and negotiation skills.
• Skilled in using Office, the internet, and search engines.

• Handle international claims files from opening to closure: Green Card, 4th Directive, claims, appraisals, etc., in accordance with applicable legislation or practice in each case, ensuring timely and proper resolution.
• Communicate with all parties involved in the process: company representatives, claimants, lawyers, appraisers.

• 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday.
