We are looking for a Project Manager to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within complex IT or digital workplace environments;
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies and product ownership;
• Functional understanding of Modern Workplace and MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions;
• Strong analytical and synthetical thinking abilities;
• Excellent editorial skills for producing clear documentation;
• Well-developed organisational and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to operate fluently in an English-speaking environment; French is a plus
• Comfortable working in a multi-entity, global organisation context.

• Perform assessments of identified components and collect existing documentation;
• Ensure effective execution of remediation plans for each component;
• Provide regular progress updates to the steering committee;
• Facilitate information sharing and communication between Modern Device teams;
• Ensure that remediated components align with the Target Operating Model (TOM);
• Define and support implementation of a suitable support model and reporting structure;
• Coordinate the handover of fully documented, remediated components into run mode;
• Work in close alignment with an agile delivery structure and support transversal coordination across the product line.
