Responsibilities:- Lead Flutter mobile app development across Android and iOS.
- Architect scalable, maintainable, and performant mobile solutions.
- Mentor and guide Flutter developers; conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.
- Ensure code quality, testing, and CI/CD integration.
- Stay updated with Flutter/Dart trends and best practices.
- Manage technical risks and project timelines.
- 5+ years in mobile development, 2+ years with Flutter.
- English should be at least B2.
- Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter architecture, and state management.
- Experience with REST APIs, Firebase or AWS Amplify, and mobile security.
- Familiarity with native Android/iOS is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Duration: Long Term Contract;
- Localization: Hybrid, Lisbon, Coimbra or Braga (Candidates must be living in Portugal).
