Creation and cancellation of spare parts invoices and credit notesDetermination of freight costs using freight cost tables
Creation of shipping documents and customs declarations
Creation of damage invoices to carriers
Support in the organization of transports
General administrative tasks
Profile
Completed vocational training in a commercial fieldConfident use of MS Office 365 and common IT programs, especially Excel skills and SAP R.3

Very good German language skills
English language skills required, any additional foreign language is an advantage
