Polish Customer Service Assistant | Gaia

• Gaia, Avintes ? Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8h to 17h ? Hybrid regime: 2 days at the office and 3 days homeoffice ? Your mission: This is an opportunity to integrate the team responsible for supporting customers and ensuring the sales flow, where the main goal is the customer satisfaction.

• Daily communication with customers to support their purchases and requests;
• Develop long-term relationships with customers;
• Manage the customer doubts in cooperation with internal departments.
• What you need to embark on this mission:
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
• Polish language skills (at least a B2 level, mandatory);
• Experience in customer management and customer support;
• Dynamism, proactivity, good energy and team spirit;
• Good interpersonal skills and customer focus, with strong communication skills.
