• Plan, implement and monitor projects, ensuring coordination with stakeholders and alignment with organizational strategic objectives.
• Monitor project progress, evaluating the quality of outputs and achievement of intermediate and final results according to defined requirements.
• Prepare reporting and decision-support documentation, consolidating information on the progress and results of initiatives for management purposes.
• Collaborate with different areas in the design and development of new projects, contributing analyses, market benchmarks and structured recommendations.
• Support the implementation of best practices in data protection and privacy, ensuring alignment with applicable legislation and internal policies.
• Execute key project activities and coordinate logistical aspects necessary for effective project implementation.
• Conduct recruitment processes for post-doctoral researchers and manage associated employment contracts and research fellowships.
• Represent the institution externally when required and provide structured institutional support in relevant forums and events.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Operations or a closely related field is a mandatory admission requirement.
• Professional experience between two and five years in project management, process improvement and/or change management activities is required.
• Experience in consulting, transformation projects, educational contexts, preferably Higher Education, and/or optimization of CRM systems or academic systems is valued.
• Strong organizational skills, with proven ability in time management and definition of priorities under multiple concurrent demands.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to produce clear documentation and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
