To support the growth of our business, we’re looking for a Lisbon-based Content & Social Media Associate who can bring our brand to life through eye-catching content that’s optimised for performance and packed with storytelling power.
Your Mission
Produce scroll-stopping social and blog content that lives up to brand standards — and free the Manager for strategy.
Your Responsibilities- Content production – Plan, shoot and edit short-form video, photos and carousels for IG, TikTok, ads and blog.
- Asset prep & delivery – Optimise images, GIFs, captions and metadata; label assets in the DAM for reuse.
- Support influencer shoots – Coordinate logistics, capture BTS footage, and turn raw material into repurposable assets.
- Copy & visual alignment – Draft captions and email snippets that follow the style guide; iterate quickly on Manager feedback.
- Performance loop – Track post metrics, flag top/bottom performers, archive learnings for the next sprint.
- 2+ years experience as a social-media content creator or videographer.
- Strong portfolio of vertical video and photography.
- Canva/Figma or Adobe skills plus willingness to pick up SEO copy basics.
- Organised, deadline-driven and passionate about brand storytelling.
- Comfortable filming both studio and on-the-go content with a mirrorless or phone.
