✨ Your day-to-day will include: ? Handling inbound calls from clients interested in booking memorable stays at the group’s hotels; ? Advising and persuading clients to confirm their reservations; ? Managing emails, ensuring all requests are handled with professionalism and attention to detail.
✅ This role is for you if: ✔️ You are fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory); ✔️ You have previous experience in reservations, call center, or hospitality; ✔️ You enjoy communicating, persuading, and creating great customer experiences; ✔️ You are looking for stability and growth within an international company.
