JOB DESCRIPTION:
Airbus Atlantic Portugal is currently recruiting for the site in Santo Tirso - Porto.Integrated into a multicultural environment and dynamic team, this position Sales Assistant will report directly to the site's CFO.
Main tasks:- Manage the administrative follow-up of orders from entry to delivery.
- Preparing customer invoices and other sales-related documentation based on accounting procedures.
- Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of the charges.
- Manage prices updates and customer contracts.
- Manage transportation costs, conduct transportation rate studies, monitor and analyze invoices for organized transport services.
- Monitor product availability and track stockouts.
- Manage export documentation, including packing lists, certificates of origin, and invoice submissions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding all order-related inquiries.
- Perform analyses and prepare sales reports for management.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized digital and physical sales records.
Requirements:
- Education in marketing, management, economics, and accounting, management, finance, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP software ( SAP).
- Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft tools and enjoyment of administrative work.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills.
