- Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and selection of IT candidates;
- Resource management;
- P&L management.
- Degree in Management Informatics, Business Management or Human Resources Management;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as Business Manager of an IT Consulting Company;
- Experience in recruiting IT profiles;
- Experience in business unit management;
- Dynamism and proactivity;
- Customer orientation.
