• Is fluent in English and Portuguese (other languages are a plus)
• Is detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Has strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Values cleanliness, order, and teamwork
• Works well independently and adapts easily to changing tasks
• Has experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred, but not required if you have the right mindset)
