What Were Counting on You For As our Team Leader, youll be the motivator, the coordinator, and the goto expert for the Credit Control team.
Youll ensure performance stays topnotch and processes run smoothly, and youll be the one people rely on when things get tricky.
You will Lead, mentor, and support a team of credit controllers Oversee daily credit control operations and workload distribution Monitor KPIs, collections performance, and process adherence Handle escalations and complex customer cases Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to align priorities Keep team spirits high and communication clear The Profile Were Excited to Meet You speak German fluently You have 35 years of experience in credit control, finance, or similar areas Youve got leadership potential (or experience!) and love guiding others Youre organized, analytical, and great at prioritizing You communicate well You enjoy problemsolving and improving processes You can balance people, performance, and deadlines like a pro What We Bring to the Table Base salary 2900-3000 Meal allowance 9 / working day Health insurance Life insurance 100 per month in flexible benefits A multicultural, dynamic, collaborative environment
