At proSapient, we are building the foundations of next-generation expert intelligence. As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to directly influence how this vision is brought to life. In this role, you will take ownership of a specific product domain, making strategic decisions that shape the user experience and drive value for our clients.We are seeking an independent thinker who is motivated by the opportunity to drive change across the organisation and to design innovative workflows that support the evolving needs of our users.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Own a specific product area end-to-end: setting the vision, defining strategy, setting and tracking OKRs, and delivering measurable impact, with guidance from the Head of Product.
- Collaborate with the Head of Product to shape and refine the company-level product roadmap, ensuring it is informed by the vision and strategy you define within your product area.
- Champion agile delivery with a focus on measurable outcomes and a strong commitment to solving real customer problems.
- Own the full product lifecycle—from deep customer research to defining and delivering data-driven solutions.
- Drive key decisions to ensure the product delivers a best-in-class user experience, while aligning customer needs with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and strong feature adoption.
- Serve as the main point of contact for product-related queries and provide ongoing product support for the product area you own.
- 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS; experience with marketplace models or AI-powered workflows is a plus.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate user research and feedback into impactful product decisions.
- Proven track record of delivering new features end-to-end, working closely with engineering teams through all stages of development and launch.
- Comfortable defining and using product metrics to evaluate impact and guide iteration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to getting things done.
- Ability to work with limited supervision in an autonomous, fast-paced environment, while aligning the team around a shared vision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
