Product Manager

Profile:
- Experience as a Product Manager in SaaS products or platforms, or background as an experienced Engineer/Architect, or as a Solutions/Pre-Sales Consultant in configurable systems;
- Strong capacity for abstraction, pattern recognition, and systemic thinking;
- Experience in complex B2B environments, with a focus on scale, integrations, and/or governance;
- Technical fluency, with the ability to understand APIs, data models, and integration patterns;
- Ability to break down problems and communicate in a clear, structured, and action-oriented manner;
- Comfortable using AI as a tool to support the analysis and design of solutions;
- Fluency in English.
- Identify patterns and opportunities for reuse, designing coherent and scalable platform capabilities;
- Translate complex business needs and regulatory requirements into clear and structured product solutions;
- Break down ambiguous problems into well-defined deliverables, ensuring clear communication and effective documentation;
- Work closely with technical teams, ensuring that the solutions designed are technically feasible;
- Consider integrations, data models, and governance as an integral part of product design;
- Use AI tools to support exploration, analysis, and decision-making;
- Ensure alignment between product vision, technical execution, and real impact for enterprise customers.
