JOB SUMMARY
The Quality Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating the planning and scheduling of inspection and audit activities across projects. This includes managing inspection resource availability, leading quality analysts and planning staff, and acting as a key point of contact between IQAS, its customers, internal teams, and external service providers.The role ensures alignment between planning and operational execution, with a focus on performance tracking, process compliance, and customer satisfaction.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
○Always coordinate the scheduling and planning of inspection and audit activities in collaboration with operational teams. Keep them informed in real time.○Assign inspectors to projects in coordination with the Inspection Manager, ensuring alignment on availability and job requirements.
○Organize and lead project kick-off meetings with customers, suppliers, and relevant internal stakeholders.
○Maintain and update tracking systems as required by both internal processes and customer expectations.
○Act as liaison for planning-related communication between clients, IQAS teams, and partners throughout project execution.
○Supervise and support the work of Planning Analysts, Quality Analysts, and Interns, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
○Monitor project delivery against timelines and targets, ensuring reports are issued without delay.
○Develop activity forecasts, planning schedules, and quality-related progress reports for internal and external use.
○Conduct regular performance evaluations and development plans for direct team members.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT○Accuracy and timeliness of inspection and audit schedules.
○Compliance with internal targets for inspection and reporting timelines.
○Team performance in report quality, planning efficiency, and communication effectiveness.
○Effectiveness of collaboration with IQAS operational and client-facing functions.
REPORTING STRUCTURE○Reports to Head of Quality Control Services.
○Supervises: Planning Analysts, Quality Analysts, Interns.○Collaborates with: Inspection Manager
OTHER REQUIREMENTS○Any other tasks or requirements deemed necessary by the direct supervisor or top management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE○Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or Project Planning.
○Experience in inspection coordination, quality assurance, or planning functions.
○Strong understanding of scheduling systems and quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001).
○Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
○Substantial leadership experience in quality control and inspection operations.
○Experience with operational risk management and project delivery.
○Strong understanding of real-time data monitoring and client communication.
