• To Lead the design, deployment, and operation of NetApp solutions in mission-critical environments;
• To manage the full technology stack—from provisioning and configuration to firmware/ONTAP upgrades and hardware decommissioning;
• To design and maintain robust backup and replication strategies (SnapMirror, SnapVault) and lead disaster recovery (DR) simulations to meet strict RPO/RTO objectives;
• To proactively monitor system health, optimize performance, and act as the technical lead during major incidents and root cause analysis;
• To ensure compliance with data residency and security policies while maintaining world-class architectural documentation and DR runbooks;
• Partner with infrastructure, database, and application teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related Engineering field;
• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP, SAN, and NAS technologies;
• Experience with performance tuning and infrastructure monitoring tools;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English;
• Proven track record in storage deployment, upgrades, and complex backup integrations;
• Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure architectures and capacity forecasting
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification with practical application experience;
• A proactive "ownership" mindset, clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to adapt to evolving global priorities.
