The challenge You will play a key role in an international Financial Management & Investment Analysis (FMIA) team, focused on analysing business performance and ensuring its accurate reflection in the accounts. This role goes far beyond bookkeeping its about understanding what is happening operationally and making sure accounting reflects that reality.

• Analyse the financial performance of the assigned area and ensure the accuracy and consistency of reported data;
• Validate monthly accounting entries, ensuring the correct financial representation of business operations;
• Perform financial instruments reconciliations, identifying discrepancies related to interest rates, P&L impacts and other variances;
• Investigate anomalies and variations, proposing corrective actions and process improvements;
• Prepare detailed financial analyses to support decision-making;
• Collaborate with internal teams including accounting, controlling, treasury and operations;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting and analysis processes.

• Degree in Economics, Management, Finance or a related field;
• Over 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in Controlling roles;
• Solid knowledge of financial reconciliation and financial instruments;
• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory);
• Minimum B2 level of English (required);
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and critical thinking;
• Leadership experience is valued;
• Excellent communication skills, team spirit and a willingness to learn in an international environment.
