Job Impulse Portugal is recruiting a Software Development Team Leader(M/F/D), delivery
focused and with strong leadership skills, to join an international project for one of our clients.
Remote position, with availability for occasional travel.

Descrição de funções:

Lead and manage a software development team, providing technical guidance and day-to-day support;
Plan, organise, and allocate workloads in collaboration with Product Owners and development management.
Ensure compliance with development, security, and WCAG accessibility standards.
Provide technical oversight, support architectural decision-making, and promote best engineering practices.
Mentor developers and foster continuous improvement within the team.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers, providing clear updates on progress and issue resolution.
Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives).
Stay up to date with AI-related technologies and trends to enhance development efficiency and delivery quality.

Requisitos:

Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
Strong knowledge of .NET (C#), Angular (TypeScript) and SQL Server.
Experience with Azure or AWS, including serverless technologies.
Excellent communication skills and experience working in Agile environments.
Fluency in English (other languages will be valued).
Availability for occasional travel.

Mandatory: Reside in Portugal and hold all valid documentation.
Nice to Have

Previous hands-on development experience.
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD.
Experience with automated testing.
Awareness of secure development methodologies.
Understanding of system performance and monitoring.
