That is why we are looking for an AI Systems Builder & Automation Specialist.
THE ROLE
This is not a research role.
This is a builder role.
We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, design solutions and implement practical AI-powered systems that improve efficiency, increase visibility and enhance the guest experience.
You will work directly with management to build the next generation of operational, marketing and guest-facing systems across the business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Identify opportunities to apply AI across operations, reservations, marketing, sales, finance and guest experience.
- Design, build and deploy AI-powered workflows, automations and assistants.
- Connect software platforms through APIs and automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n and similar platforms.
- Develop AI assistants for guest communication, reservations, internal knowledge management and team support.
- Build custom internal tools, dashboards and operational systems.
- Create automated reporting systems that combine data from multiple platforms into actionable management insights.
- Develop AI-generated reports and dashboards covering:
Bookings and occupancy
Revenue and sales performance
Marketing performance
Guest satisfaction and reviews
Retreat and event performance
Staff productivity
Operational KPIs- Integrate data from Bookinglayer, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, accounting systems, social media channels and other business tools.
- Create executive summaries and decision-support reports for leadership teams.
- Improve workflows and automate repetitive tasks across departments.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and implement practical solutions that create measurable value.
- Train team members and support the adoption of AI-powered workflows.
- Builder mindset with a strong focus on execution.
- Proven experience building AI solutions, automations, dashboards or business systems.
- Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, Zapier, Make, n8n and similar platforms.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations and data automation.
- Ability to connect multiple systems and transform fragmented data into meaningful business insights.
- Strong understanding of workflows, business processes and automation.
- Ability to move quickly from concept to implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to experiment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English required. Portuguese is an advantage.
- Hospitality, tourism or luxury service experience.
- Experience with Bookinglayer, PMS, CRM or reservation systems.
- Business intelligence and dashboard development.
- SQL, Python or basic software development knowledge.
- Experience with WhatsApp automation, AI agents and customer support systems.
- Experience building internal portals and operational tools.
