• Hybrid (Almada or Aveiro) What we are looking for: Hard skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field;
• 3–5 years of experience as a Team Leader in IT projects;
• Proven experience managing projects using work tracking tools such as Jira (or equivalent Agile project management platforms);
• Solid understanding of information security principles and familiarity with tools like Prisma Cloud, Snyk and Wiz;
• We value candidates who hold certifications in cybersecurity, cloud technologies, compliance, or security frameworks, or possess equivalent practical experience;
• Strong organizational and documentation skills to ensure project visibility, traceability, and accountability;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Experience leading cross-functional teams that include Security Engineers, DevOps, or Software Developers;
• Ability to balance technical knowledge with strong project coordination and oversight capabilities.
