Global Field Business Support Specialist About the Role As a Global Field Business Support Specialist, you will be responsible for executing the end-to-end operational process for selected deal motions. You will be part of a central team supporting Account Executives across the region, ensuring seamless deal execution within the CRM system.
Your role will be key in contributing to revenue growth and profitability by processing sales opportunities for both existing and new customers, while helping the sales organization achieve order targets. Key Responsibilities Execute the end-to-end quote-to-cash process for selected deal motions, based on complexity and thresholds.
Process customer requests for sales deals by completing required inputs in CRM, Quotations, and Order Forms. Partner with Account Executives, Premium Suppliers, Solution Architects, Commercial Finance, Legal/Contracting, Deal Support, and Order-to-Invoice teams to support the sales cycle and facilitate deal closure.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures across sales, delivery, financial, and legal requirements, including accurate documentation and record-keeping. Provide proactive support during quarter-end and year-end closing to ensure timely and accurate deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Validate contracts by collaborating with Account Executives, Pricing, Finance, and Revenue Recognition teams to prevent revenue deferrals and ensure accuracy in customer, user, and pricing information as well as final business terms. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales operations or business support roles.
