Our client is a company focused in unlocking earth observation’s full potential to understand our planet and transform it for the better. They work alongside with their partners, using their high quality imagery and analytics expertise to extract insights that help making the right decisions.

We are looking for a Project Manager to be integrated in Portugal, reporting to the Products and Services Department.

Work Regime: Hybrid

• Provide timely response and suggestions to protect the service during an anomaly and alert the appropriate responsible;
• Support future sales processes development and business concept development;
• Implement the tasks assigned following the schedule, generating deliverables associated to the milestones defined within the software project, considering the cost forecast;
• Review products and services during the service;
• Industry and product knowledge. Self-training in latest trends and research in available technologies that could be applied to the company products and services;
• Client relationship management, understanding client objectives and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Develop a trust relationship, when possible, with the customer;
• Foster revenue growth by identifying business opportunities or by anticipating client’s needs;
• Support the contract negotiation and proposal/bid generation;
• Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to investigate customers’ needs and potential projects;
• Create reports for upper managements, communicate with Finance departments on up-to-date revenues obtained;
• Other duties as assigned or required.

• Master’s degree in a related technical field or EO related discipline (geomatics, environment, process control, topography, telecommunications) or equivalent experience;
• Familiarity with project management methodologies;
• The position is staffed 24/7 and the ability to work in shift schedule is required.
