We’re looking for a Customer Service Senior fluent in English and French to manage customer accounts, resolve inquiries, and lead operational support for a high-impact team. - Your Role:
Process incoming orders and ensure data accuracy throughout the order lifecycle
Resolve billing issues and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
Provide technical guidance and support to the local Customer Service team
Manage team absences, holiday planning, and ensure business continuity
Identify training needs and drive process improvements
Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain voice support activity
Support onboarding and system housekeeping to ensure consistent service delivery

4+ years of experience in customer service or related roles
Fluency in English and French (C2/native)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Salesforce) and MS Office tools
