The Role

Knowledge of Dynamics CRM and experience with publishing on AppSource is a plus.

Hard Skills:

• Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Power Automate, PowerBI, Data Flow, Work Flow, Dataverse, Web Resources, Power Pages/Portals, and Canvas Apps.
• Proficient in developing and deploying custom applications within the Power Platform environment.
• Solid background in various programming languages, with a likeness to work on front-end development as well.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Familiarity with Dynamics CRM is a nice to have
• Preferred Certifications: Power Platform certificates are considered a plus.

• Effective Communication & Proactivity:
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
• Proactive in identifying project direction, potential bottlenecks, and requirements.
• Able to work independently while maintaining strong, dynamic relationships with others.
• Good leadership skills.
• Project Ownership & Management:
• Demonstrated ability to take full control of projects; from initial technical documentation and time estimates to delivery.
• Skilled in managing the broader scope of projects, compiling tasks, and providing input to team members.
