Role Overview:

We’re seeking a highly skilled T-SQL Developer to integrate one of our biggest clients in the banking sector. Is one of the biggest banks in europe, with activity in over 70 countries around the world, it also counts with over 150 years of existence which means that is an extremely consolidated player in the banking industry.

You will join an international and diverse team. (Lisbon- Hybrid)

What you will do:

As a T-SQL developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining T-SQL code and ensuring its stability, reliability, and performance. You will work with development, business analysts, and operational teams and contribute to various projects, including database optimization, data integration, reporting, and data-driven application development.

  • Design and optimize complex SQL queries for high-performance data retrieval and manipulation;
  • Optimizing database performance and ensuring data integrity;
  • Troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions;
  • Creating and maintaining database documentation.

What you are like:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and database concepts;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with database development tool MS SQL Server and associated technologies;
  • Familiarity with performance tuning and query optimization;
  • Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
