Senior Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead testing initiatives and ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of critical software solutions supporting global logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of testing strategies to ensure software quality, performance, and reliability
- Design, create, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on complex product requirements
- Perform manual and exploratory testing to identify defects, validate functionality, and ensure a strong user experience
- Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating closely with development teams
- Mentor and support junior QA team members, contributing to a collaborative learning environment
- Work with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Design and execute performance tests, analyze results, and recommend improvements to optimize system performance
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Advanced certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are highly desirable
- Extensive experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar QA role with strong knowledge of testing methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Cypress, JUnit)
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead QA initiatives and mentor team members
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
- Familiarity with logistics, invoicing, or supply chain systems is considered an advantage
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
