This is your opportunity to join a strategic project in the energy sector, working at the intersection of operational technology (OT) and information security.
Your main responsibilities

Design and implement security architectures for OT systems
Apply Security by Design principles in projects and system upgrades
Collaborate with SOC teams on incident detection and response in OT environments
Monitor and enhance security controls, vulnerability management, and system hardening
Align OT cybersecurity with internal governance and regulatory frameworks (e.g.

NIS2)

Support training and awareness efforts within technical teams
Represent the company in cybersecurity working groups and industry events What were looking for
Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity and systems administration
Familiarity with security frameworks CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443
Experience in industrial systems (e.g.

SCADA, PLCs) is highly valued

Previous work in the energy or utilities sector is a plus
Cybersecurity certifications or postgraduate training are an advantage
Fluency in Portuguese and English Youll thrive if you are
A strong communicator with excellent collaboration skills
