We are looking for an Amazing: Java BackendSeniority: Senior (5+ years)
Type of position: Hybrid model in Oporto. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!
The amazing you, will have:
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Java (Java 8 or higher).
- Experience with Spring / Spring Boot frameworks (also Maven or Hibernate).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and service integration.
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – used daily in the work environment.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, etc.).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Understanding of microservices-based architectures.
- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes. Experience with Clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure).
