COMPANY We are recruiting a position of HR Administrative for a reference company in Audit, taxes, transactions and Consulting, located in Lisbon. CANDIDATE Your main responsibilities are: Ensure administrative coordination of all Occupational Health processes; Manage the invoice approval workflow related to HR services; Keep employee training records updated in internal systems; Oversee the completion of independence processes specific to HR functions; Provide executive support to the Talent Director, including calendar management, travel bookings, and call handling; Handle general administrative and secretarial tasks associated with the HR department.

KEY SKILLS Academic background in relevant fields (Human Resources, Management, etc.); Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in administrative roles, preferably within HR; Fluency in English (mandatory); Proficiency in MS Office tools.
