What you will do in this role As a Content Moderator, you will: Review Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material; Review/update contents on a popular social media platform; Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload; Monitor user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines; Respond promptly to user concerns and manage conflicts within community discussions; Utilize analytic tools to track community behavior and content trends; Provide feedback and reports to management regarding community progress and issues.
Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Are proficient in Spanish (C1
- both, verbal and written) Have a good command over English language (B2
- both, verbal and written) Have the ability to handle sensitive content and situations with discretion and professionalism Have strong attention to detail and carefully follow established guidelines Are capable of remaining impartial and objective while actively listening and extracting relevant information efficiently Are capable of adapting to fast-paced, high-production environments and can manage repetitive tasks with consistency Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and are available to work rotational 24/7 office shift If you feel you don’t check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
