Descrição We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage and develop the network of service centers, ensuring the implementation of the company's local and global strategies, for our operation at Samsung.

• Operational and strategic management of service centers;
• Planning and monitoring teams, ensuring goal achievement;
• Coordinating audits, training plans, and continuous improvement;
• Evaluating and integrating new service partners;
• Interfacing with headquarters for new projects and processes;
• Performance analysis, reporting, and results presentations;
• Supporting marketing campaigns and strengthening the network's image.

• Degree in Business, Management, or related field;
• Process improvement and analytical skills;
• IT tools usage experience;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
