Financial Controller | Services Sector

Group in a growth phase, composed of different business units.

• Support the CFO in the preparation of the annual budget and year-end forecasts
• Monthly review of the company's progress vs budget
• Analyse and report operational data and key KPI's to enable accurate monitoring of business performance
• Monthly review of financial accounts prepared by the accountants (including consolidated accounts). Develop and review analytical accounts for each unit and identify corrective actions if necessary
• Support CFO in the preparation of quarterly Board presentations
• Control and management of Clients and Suppliers, payments & collections
• Control of working capital and the performance of the different business lines and Departments
• Review Annual Accounts prepared by auditors/accountants
• Support in the development and implementation of the necessary IT systems (ERP)

• Degree in Finance, Management or similar area
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a controller
• Previous experience in companies from the services sector
• Great understanding of financial statements and their construction
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Understanding of the business and its needs, with a strategic vision
• Good Excel skills. Power BI would be a plus.
• Portuguese and English knowledge
