Descrição- Lead the Procurement Controlling area, responsible for analysing Global Procurement performance and KPIs
- Monitor and continuously improve Procurement KPIs, ensuring data quality, consistency and business relevance
- Coordinate the Global Procurement budget, from planning to execution follow-up
- Analyse deviations, identify trends and support the identification of savings opportunities, in close collaboration with Global Buyers
- Develop ad-hoc analyses and executive-level reporting for senior management
- Act as a bridge between Procurement and other areas (Finance, IT, Supply Chain), aligning data, processes and business needs
- Define and improve processes, information flows and reporting models
- University degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or Industrial Engineering & Management
- Around 5 years of professional experience, ideally in controlling, business analysis or business intelligence
- Exposition to Procurement and Supply Chain analysis is a plus
- Naturally analytical profile, with a strong interest in data, performance indicators and financial storytelling
- Experience leading small teams and working with junior profiles
- Ability to structure complex data and translate it into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and ease in working with multiple stakeholders, including Global Buyers and leadership
- Solid knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and analytical tools, with strong learning agility for new systems
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Lead and develop a small team, with real ownership and people responsibility.
