Sales Assistant - Felgueiras

Caracterização do cliente: FLEXSIS, a prestigious INTERIMAN GROUP brand, is recruiting a Sales Assistant for its client in the Felgueiras area. Descrição de funções: Serve as a key point of contact for international customers, providing prompt and professional communication in English via email, phone, and other channels; Coordinate with the production department to ensure customer orders are scheduled and delivered in a timely manner; Prepare and manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other shipping and customs-related paperwork; Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners to arrange international shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any transport-related issues; Maintain and update customer records, order statuses, and shipping details in the company’s ERP/CRM systems; Provide support to the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and assisting in follow-up with clients; Monitor international shipments and ensure all export compliance regulations are met.

Handle post-sales support, including managing customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service coordination; Support internal reporting and data entry related to sales performance, delivery timelines, and customer feedback. Requisitos: Proven experience in international sales support or export customer service roles; Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required; Familiarity with export procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements; Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and handling international logistics; Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively; Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Degree in International Business, Logistics, Sales, or related field; Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade regulations; Experience in manufacturing or export-driven industries.
