• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken):
• Senior-level expertise in understanding complex IT infrastructures within large enterprise environments;
• Strong experience with SQL Server at a senior level;
• Mid-level experience in data quality and continuous improvement processes;
• Basic knowledge or entry-level experience with ServiceNow CMDB;
• Familiarity with ITIL processes at a mid-level;
