About the role
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team based on-site in Porto. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding support and ensuring an excellent customer experience for Dutch-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and account-related questions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Accurately document interactions and resolutions in internal systems
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve escalated cases
- Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level)
- Good level of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work on-site in Porto
- Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory
