Triangle Talent Solutions is recruiting a Production Scheduler (M/F/D) to join a client company, a leader in its sector, in Porto.

FUNCTIONS

Analyze and implement necessary actions to ensure compliance with ODD in accordance with aircraft planning, managing priorities; Prepare and conduct weekly Master Production meetings, involving all stakeholders, obtaining commitments, and validating short-term planning; Collaborate with company client sites to align delays with production needs; Participate in daily production follow-up meetings, reporting progress and parts availability, supporting the adjustment of daily priorities; Work Order Management: from opening to closing, pull flow management, including missing components and logistics distribution with the support of the Ordering Officer; Update and control data in SAP, ensuring the reliability of information in the systems.

PROFILE

Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Management, or similar; Solid experience in similar roles (minimum 5 years), preferably in an industrial environment; Knowledge of production flows in an industrial context; Knowledge of planning and Finite Capacity Scheduling; Knowledge of MRP – Material/Resource Planning; Strong time management and priority setting skills; Hands-on profile, with strategic thinking skills; Rigorous, organized, and proactive person; Experience working with cross-functional teams, including in high-pressure environments; Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP; Fluent in English (spoken and written); French will be valued.
