Dare to Have:- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or similar
- 3–4 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Strong experience with:
- Apex (classes, triggers, methods)
- Visualforce for custom interfaces
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
- Solid understanding of SOQL & SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, Named Credentials)
- Knowledge of data handling and large data volumes (LDV)
- Hands-on experience with:
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Gearset, or Copado)
- Git and Sandbox environments
- Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permissions, sharing rules, field-level security, Shield Encryption)
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days/week – Tuesday & Thursday) Nice to Have:
- Experience writing test classes with high code coverage (>75%)
- Familiarity with debugging tools such as Debug Logs and Developer Console
- Strong focus on code quality, performance, and maintainability
