Join an international performance marketing team where your Google Ads expertise directly impacts advertising results at scale. In this position, you will optimize advertising campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights that improve ROI and overall campaign effectiveness.
What Youll Be Doing- Optimize and manage digital advertising campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Work hands-on with Google Ads campaigns
- Conduct market research and performance analysis
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve KPIs
- Deliver data-driven insights based on trends and metrics
- Fluent German (C1–C2)
- English B2 or higher
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads is mandatory, including solid knowledge of GNS (Google Network Settings).
- Background in Digital Marketing, Market Research, Data Analysis, or Performance Marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work hybrid in Lisbon
- Annual Gross Salary: €23,000
- Signing Bonus (paid in 3 stages, gross – conditions apply)
