The involves leading and managing a team of data engineers, overseeing data engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders. They play a critical role in driving the success of data engineering initiatives and ensuring the delivery of reliable and high-quality data solutions to support the organization's data-driven objectives.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines aligned with business goals.
• Act as a tech lead, promoting best practices, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing clear documentation and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to budgeting, estimations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Proficient in ETL/ELT tools such as Matillion, BODS, and DBT.
• Hands-on experience with databases (MS-SQL, Snowflake, Redshift) and cloud platforms.
• Strong skills in Python, NodeJS, and BI/AI/ML technologies.
• Familiar with DevOps practices, data governance, compliance (SoX, GDPR), and security protocols.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Solid experience in team leadership and project management (SDD/TDD documentation).
