Product Manager Assistant

• Lead product and business planning processes, supporting the smartphone business through strategic analysis and operational execution;
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings to identify differentiation opportunities and inform product strategies;
• Define product requirements and develop programs to ensure alignment with market expectations and business objectives;
• Develop, implement, and maintain go-to-market strategies, including product launches and communication plans;
• Manage the full product lifecycle: conduct market research, analyze competitors, plan positioning, define roadmaps, and coordinate launches;
• Translate product strategy into actionable plans for sales, marketing, and communication teams;
• Create structured and visually appealing presentations adapted to different stakeholders and strategic themes;
• Collaborate with procurement, marketing, and sales teams to balance resources and ensure effective product development and execution;
• Analyze market data to shape sales strategies and define product goals for effective marketing communication;
• Support the organization in achieving business success through cross-functional coordination and strategic alignment.

• Licentiate degree or higher education in a relevant field;
• Previous experience in a similar role;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge and interest in technology and/or FMCG sectors;
• Strong skills in developing and delivering product marketing strategies;
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities;
• Excellent presentation creation and delivery skills;
• Capability to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
• Ability to help define strategies and align different teams toward common goals.
