Adecco Recruitment is hiring a Senior Controller for our client, an international group operating in the banking sector.
Main responsibilities- Analysis and reconciliation of financial instruments between the internal system and the accounting system (SAP);
- Investigation and resolution of discrepancies in financial records;
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures;
- Preparation of periodic reports and support for the month-end closing process;
- Interaction with internal and external audit teams, ensuring the availability of relevant data;
- Supporting process improvement initiatives and automation projects;
- Participation in digital transformation projects within the financial area.
- Degree in Economics, Management, or Finance;
- More than 5 years of professional experience;
- At least 2 years of experience in Controlling;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Minimum English level B2;
- Experience in team leadership is valued.
