What are we looking for?- Proven experience as a Technical Lead specialized in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with business goals.
- Solid understanding of key modules: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder.
- Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external platforms and Salesforce CRM.
- Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and scripting for dynamic content.
- Ability to lead and support development teams, define architecture, and ensure technical quality of deliverables.
- Experience working in Agile environments, participating in ceremonies, code reviews, and production deployments.
- Strong communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
