Implement and support SAP HCM solutions
Focus primarily on the Payroll module and Time Management
Collaborate with clients to design tailored and efficient solutions
Identify improvement opportunities and drive innovation
Contribute to best practices and clear documentation
Work closely with cross-functional teams in agile environments

Perfil ideal

5+ years of experience in SAP HCM (including at least 2 full-cycle implementations)
Proven experience in SAP Payroll
Knowledge of Time Management (a plus)
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (nice to have)
Strong analytical skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Certifications in SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Payroll (big plus)
