Interior Designer/ Product Designer – URBANIS - Porto (On-site)

URBANIS is an innovative international company operating across real estate, renovation, and urban renewal. We are looking for a creative, multidisciplinary designer with a strong sense of aesthetics and functionality to join our growing team in Porto.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our office in Porto.

• Manage and execute interior design projects, primarily focused on residential renovation and property staging
• Design custom furniture and interior products (kitchen, lighting, storage, and decorative elements) aligned with the client’s concept and budget
• Develop moodboards, concept designs, and 3D visual storytelling to communicate creative direction
• Select materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture consistent with the Urbanis design philosophy
• Prepare detailed layouts, furniture placement, and color coordination plans
• Manage client and supplier relationships, ensuring clear communication and high-quality results
• Coordinate procurement, manufacturing, and installation with local artisans and suppliers
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings and Virtual Tours (Enscape, Twinmotion, Matterport, or similar)
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers on multidisciplinary projects

• Degree in Interior Design, Product Design, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in interior and/or product design, preferably in residential renovation
• Proficiency in SketchUp, ArchiCAD, or Revit, and rendering tools such as Enscape, Twinmotion, D5 Render, 3Dx max, V-ray
• Experience with product design tools (AutoCAD, Rhino, Fusion 360, or similar) – advantage
• Strong ability to combine aesthetic vision with functional problem-solving
• Experience developing custom furniture or decorative product collections – advantage
• Residence in Porto or nearby areas (mandatory)
• Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Portuguese and English proficiency
