About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Technical Customer Service Specialist fluent in Dutch to join our international team in Portugal. In this role, you will provide first-line technical support and ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve product or service-related issues effectively
- Assist customers with system navigation and technical troubleshooting
- Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when required
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and professionalism
- Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level)
- Good command of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- EU citizenship OR
- Valid work permit for Portugal
