We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile: Scrum Master/Team coach role

Hybrid (Lisbon) What we are looking for Hard skills Experience with:
At least five years in project delivery roles, including extensive experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
Proven record of accomplishment in a Scrum Master role (min.

2 years), with experience in SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks being highly desirable.
University / Postgraduate (Master's Degree), a technical field is preferred.

Essential: First-level Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I, PMI-ACP).
Desirable: Advanced Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM II, A-CSM, SSM) and familiarity with Management 3.0, KMP, ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC.
Proficient in various agile tools and frameworks, such as Kanban, Design Thinking, metrics, and team event facilitation.

fluency in applications: Jira, Big Picture, Confluence, X-ray, Miro

Basic understanding of agile delivery methods, including CI/CD, Extreme Programming (XP), TDD and BDD.

Knowledge in IT budgeting and Business Case preparation.
