Your mandate involves the intersection of human capital management and rigorous risk mitigation:
- People Leadership: Provide direct governance for a CCRM unit, including performance architecture, professional coaching, and long-term career development.
- Risk Oversight: Supervise the execution of critical compliance controls, identifying latent vulnerabilities and ensuring mitigation in strict accordance with international banking statutes.
- Quality Assurance: Execute high-level reviews of team outputs to guarantee absolute accuracy in risk assessment and regulatory reporting.
- Stakeholder Synthesis: Collaborate with international divisions to align cross-border compliance strategies and consolidate reporting requirements.
- Operational Evolution: Implement process optimization and digital transformation initiatives within the CCRM scope to enhance systemic efficiency.
THE IDEAL PROFILE: ANALYTICAL RIGOR & LEADERSHIP ACUMEN
We are scouting for a proactive strategist with a deep background in the financial services sector.- Mandatory Expertise: Documented professional experience in Compliance Control and Risk Management (CCRM) within the banking or financial services industry.
- Linguistic Mastery: * English: C1/Native (Mandatory).
- French: C1/Native (Mandatory). A high B2 may be considered for candidates demonstrating exceptional professional fluency.
- Leadership Pedigree: Prior experience in team management or organizational coordination is highly prioritized.
- Technical Depth: A profound understanding of regulatory frameworks, specifically KYC, AML, Sanctions, or Operational Risk.
- Strategic Residency: Must be currently based in or prepared to relocate to the metropolitan hub of Lisbon.
