We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile: Project Manager (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon or Porto) What do you need to have: Hard Skills: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing WORKDAY implementations, ensuring successful delivery within specified timelines and budget constraints.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in WORKDAY implementations; In-depth knowledge of WORKDAY Time Tracking modules and functionalities; Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks; Fluency in English, both written and verbal; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing priorities; PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus; Lead and manage WORKDAY implementation, focusing on Time Tracking modules; Collaborate with cross-functional teams; Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders; Soft skills- Good communication
