A Nortempo Maia encontra-se a recrutar Junior Business Analyst (M/F) para empresa cliente situada na zona da Maia.

• Independently analyze and clarify business requirements with internal stakeholders while assessing the risks of various solution designs;
• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management;
• Responsible for the estimation of the business solution effort and clarification of module and process inquiries;
• Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting;
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support;
• Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting;
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts;
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards;
• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.

• Escolaridade mínima obrigatória;
• Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções semelhantes;
• Fluente em inglês, quer ao nível oral, quer ao nível escrito (obrigatório);
• Bons conhecimentos de Power BI, Python, SQL e SAP;
• Disponibilidade imediata.

• Vencimeto consoante experiência comprovada;
• Formação inicial e contínua.
